Mendips Solicitors is a small sized firm of solicitors based at Luton Bedfordshire. We provide comprehensive legal services to both businesses and private clients. Set up in 2005, its ethos is to provide jargon free, clear, concise and relevant legal advice to our clients.

We offer a diverse portfolio of services such as, but not limited to, residential conveyancing, immigration advice, student visa applications, settlement for spouses or dependants, work permit, applications based on long stay and for further leave to remain as a visitor.

We act for clients buying or selling their properties, re-mortgage, and ensure the process is as stress-free as much as possible for our clients. We also help our clients to apply for grant of Probate.

We provide general legal advice and tribunal representation on all employment issues as well as assistance to all employers and employees on all legal issues.

Our Will Drafting service is thorough and aims to carry out clients’ wishes at all times. We provide Home visits if clients are unable to attend our offices. We also provide assistance with drafting numerous general legal documents.
